On March 15, 2018, KarRC RAS Acting President O.N. Bakhmet and Petrozavodsk State University Rector A.V. Voronin signed the Agreement on cooperation between KarRC RAS and PetrSU. The leaders of Karelia’s two chief scientific organizations declared the willingness to promote interactions on prioritized areas of science and technology that are in demand in Karelia, and on new interdisciplinary themes. The questions of sharing unique scientific equipment, training research staff, and implementing knowledge-based technologies were discussed.
