New information system for archives was build in the Institute of Informatics Systems. System is based on factographic principles, its main features are: distributed database formed as a set of RDF-documents, special realization for distributed editing and dynamic synchronization, use of formal data specifications by OWL descriptions. System provides flexibility of data structuring, possibility of implementation of different ontologies, particularly, different metainformation set of fields. Several projects were fulfilled using proposed information system and proposed technilogies.
