Study of composition of Kotozero area anorthosites (Louhsky district, Karelia) conducted using the recalculations by the normative- molecular method Nigli and analysis of samples on scanning electron microscope VEGA II LSH. There is a wide variation of plagioclase compositions in the extreme members of a number of isomorphic. The positive results on the use of anorthosites as a thermosetting polymers filler, sorbent, pigmented filler, material for the production of mineral wool.
