In this article, the practicability of creation of a system of the tourist-recreational clusters consolidated into the regional supercluster as a new form of organization of the economic space in the regions having high level of the natural resources potential has been grounded conformably to a problem of the competitiveness of the territories at the post-industrial stage of development. The regional supercluster is considered as a specific form of the territorial organization of clusters that are vertically integrated into the scheme of the value added creation in the situation of the especial innovative environment.
