Historically, the tourism has formed with development of the humanity because of appearance of free time and material resources for satisfaction of needs overstepping the limits of the simple physical survival. The mass character and the creative potential of tourism allow solving problems of increase of the world culture by means of assistance to inter-cultural, inter-civilized relations, and allow supporting the national self-identification. The tourism as the sphere of social activity has become an object of the scientific developing. One of its main results is a conclusion that the tourism has all the features of economic and moral categories.
