The perspectives in development of the cultural tourism in Russia and opportunities to involving the cultural-historical heritage sites into the economic turnover of the cultural tourism industry with the aim to reserve and to use the historical and cultural monuments effectively, with the aim to popularize the cultural heritage of Russia inside the country and far abroad are examined in the article. The author pays great attention to the main mechanisms of allocation of the public-private partnership in the sphere of reservation and effective usage of the cultural-historical heritage sites.
