The article reveals a new paradigm for the regenerative medicine system. The author offers the methodological approach to development and organization of the regenerative medicine as an independent branch of the medical science and the practical public health, which is based on the prevention principles. The technologies of the regenerative medicine that use the natural therapeutic factors take an especial place in this system.
