The socio-economic and the natural-recreational problems of development of the health-resorts-towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters are examined in the article. The methods of increase of sustainability of the health-resorts towns are characterized. The system of indicators for estimation of the socio-economic statement of the health-resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral waters is proposed. The proposals to specification of the model of the socio-economic interpretation of the sustainable development are elaborated. It is verified that it is possible to solve a problem of ranking of indicators for the sustainable development of the healthresorts-towns with the aim of the multidimensional statistical analysis by means of the main components method.
