A model of managing investments into ﬁxed capital in order to reach certain levels of company turnover is considered. The process is modeled with the assumption that investments into ﬁxed capital and the company turnover are related by a regression function, simultaneously having endogenous nature. The model is based on statistical data from St. Petersburg. The model parameters are found using OLS. The inﬂationary component is taken into account, a special smoothing scheme for statistical data is suggested, the investment forecast is compared with actual data.
