Every prominent university has a page in Wikipedia. A Wikipedia article has two types of attributes: parameters, which could be changed by one user (e.g. you can change size of page), and stable properties, which reflect the efforts of many individuals (e.g. number of page views). These properties are listed in the paper. The goal is to check the stability of these properties in order to improve webometrics ranks of universities.
