There is analysis of the aviation transport development in Russia subject to the influence of the global financial crisis in the article. The results of prognostication of the passenger traffic in the civil aviation and the passenger flows from Moscow to the centres of the tourist industry in regions for two nearest years have been received with the aim of the statistical program package Statgraphics. The recommendations for imperfection of the infrastructure, the aviation transport as regards to development of the tourists' clusters in regions are given in the article.
