High extent of similarity between two independently created models is shown. One of them is based on in situ survey of biotopes, the other one – on satellite imagery, but both use the type of quaternary deposits and soil texture as the main clustering criteria, in addition to vegetation traits. Besides, characteristics of the plant communities correlate with their position in dynamic series.
