Data on the composition of zooplankton in some rivers of the Barents Sea watershed (Pechenga, Titovka, Zapadnaya Litsa, Ura, Kola, Mokraya Kitsa, Jokanga) are reported. The objectives of the study were to characterise and determine any differences in the species composition, abundance and structure of zooplankton communities in the rivers.
