Метаморфическая эволюция сапфиринсодержащих кианитовых апоэклогитов Гридинской зоны меланжа, Беломорский подвижный пояс
// Геология и полезные ископаемые Карелии. Вып. 11. Петрозаводск: КарНЦ РАН, 2008. C. 62-76
The petrographic and microprobe study of kyanitic apoeclogites from the Gridino melange zone, the substrate of which is provided by Paleoproterozoic gabbronorites, has revealed rare parageneses that contain spinel, sapphirine, chaetbomite, staurolite etc. Variations in the chemical composition of rock-forming minerals, zoning and numerous reaction relations between newly-formed and early minerals have made it possible to trace a succession of parageneses. The metamorphic evolution of rocks includes the eclogitization of the protolith, subisothermal decompression and the prograde and retrograde branches of high temperature metamorphism. It is believed to have occurred in Svecofennian time, and the temperature “peak”, marked by sapphirine-bearing mineral associations, is consistent with granulite-facies conditions.
