The matters concerning the multifunctional tourist-hotel complexes are examined in the article. The definition of the given term is specified. The main models of construction of the management system for the MTHC are analyzed. The complex estimation of efficiency of functioning of the given models has been made. Based on the carried out analysis, the main principles for forming of the management systems for the MTHC are specified.
