The article presents a pedagogical sight at pressing question on education and development of professional interests of the future expert in means of the integrated personal education under-lying formation of the professional competence, increase of adaptability and vital success of the expert. The role of training practice as an important stage of professional formation and development of interests to professional work at students in the sphere of Hospitality is analyzed.
