The specificity of the excursion activity as an object of management has predetermined a character of work of managers and requirements to them. Work of a manager has a creative character, requires having a diversified knowledge, and implies an inclination of a personality to the analytical activity and skills to concentration in the certain moments on the limited circle of problems.
